The purpose of this meeting is to vote for delegates who will attend the Conservative Convention in Quebec from September 7-9, 2023. cpc23.ca

At this convention elected delegates will vote on various important Conservative policy and constitutional items. The outcome of the convention will become part of the election campaign platform leading up to the next Federal Election.

Up to 10 delegates can be elected and 5 alternates will be on standby, if for some reason one of the original 10 delegates is unable to attend. A youth delegate provision exists for any member of the Conservative Party of Canada in the Niagara Falls Riding who is not more than twenty-five (25) years of age, as of the last day of Convention (born on or after September 9th, 1998) for one of the ten spots.

In the above document you must complete the form in APPENDIX B to be on the voting slate. This will require your information, membership #, signature and MOVER and SECONDER with the same information for them. You can, preferably e-mail your information to [email protected] or submit your form at the meeting prior to the slate being presented and voted on. (For your convenience, APPENDIX B is attached.)

For the purpose of accrediting members at the Delegate Selection Meeting, you must provide identification using: one original piece of identification issued by a Canadian federal, provincial or territorial government agency containing the member’s photograph, name and address, or two original pieces of identification, both of which contain the member’s name, one of which contains the member’s photograph and one of which contains the member’s address.
